Edward Weston- one of my favourite photographers. he uses amazing contrast between lighting and shadow to accentuate the nude human figures especially. many other photos by him contain texture, pattern and time. ie) the pattern of the ripples in the sand, the texture of the wooden white church door, and the weathered black hair of the young woman through time.
